Limitation: Force Manipulation only summons forms from her subconscious. When under stress, or taking damage, make an Action Check with her Int/Will vs. her Int/Mind. 1 or more RAP's means her powers manifest in the form of an "Imaginary Friend." GM decides the form this takes, and allocates 15 AP's for the "Friend's" Attributes and Powers. She cannot summon or control them directly. If a "Friends" is "killed" another manifests the following phase.  "Friends" do occasionally turn on Dorothy and/or her allies. To bring images under control, or to turn the power off, required same action check, with +2 OV/RV CS penalty (Difficult action.)
