affiliation(s): Justice League of America

Ed's Notes: This version is basically identical to the 2nd Edition. Also, I don't care what DC Continuity says, THIS is THE Flash, as far as I am concerned. Wally West is a Titan, and his sidekick, no more.

It seems appropriate to add:

Advantages:  Sidekick (Kid Flash)

...and, at some point:

Drawbacks: Married

  1. CBR has published a page ranking every Flash from slowest to fastest, to help get an accurate measure of what stats should go with each Flash.

    https://www.cbr.com/dc-every-flash-ranked-by-speed/

Jay Garrick was the slowest, so, I think his speed should start the Flash speed line at 14.

    Wally West II at 20.

    Bart Allen at 21

    Jess Chambers at 22.

    Avery Ho at 23.

    John Fox at 24

    Reverse-Flash at 25.

    Barry Allen at 25.

    Wally West I at 26.
