Bonuses: Telepathy can only be used in conjunction with the illusion power, allowing Shade to enter a person's to cure madness.

Limitations: Power Restriction: Dimension Travel can only be used to travel to Meta (Travel Value 10);  Personality Transfer allows the takeover of Try Grenzer or another dead body; Rac does not have full control over all of his powers. His Teleportation activate automatically whenever a strong area of madness develops somewhere. To resist the pull, he must make an action check using Int/Will against AP's of the Power (21/21) or be automatically teleported to that location.  See Equipment for notes on the Illusion Power.

Advantages: Area Knowledge (Meta, Area of Madness); Scholar (American culture, madness)

Drawbacks: Forced Exile; Minor Psychological Instability: Occasionally remaining pieces of Troy Grenzer's psyche (or the psyche of those he is possessing) will force itself to Shade's consciousness and try to manipulate or destroy Shade's morals and beliefs; Secret Identity; Uncertainty; Miscellaneous: His original body, which he left in the Meta zone, is dead and beyond all hope of resurrection. (He is currently possessing the body of executed murderer Troy Grenzer.)

Equipment:

MADNESS VEST [Body: 15, Int: 5, Will: 7, Mind: 4, Infl: 4, Aura: 5, Spirit: 6] Possesses all of the power above, except for Awareness and Spirit travel. The vest in now a permanent part of him, but occasionally manifesting the spirit of the dead Mind Agent it was created from, and using the Illusion power on Shade.

Ed's Notes: This is a really weird one.  Could be fun to play... Could be a nightmare to GM though, unless the mission was specifically created for him.  Also, this version isn't really the version from the Suicide Squad. That's more the 2nd Edition version, which is very different.
