Ed's Notes: While not one of the more well known Batman villains, the Black Spider could be one of the more interesting in terms of his use in a campaign, either as an antagonist, an NPC or even a PC.  About all that separates him from the Dark Knight is that Batman never kills. (Or at least tries really hard.) Black Spider's hatred of the drug trade, OTOH, drives to KILL as many drug dealers as he can get in his sights. He's every bit as focused and dedicated to this as Batman is to Seeking Justice, but KILLS every time that he can. However, one can easily how this gut could EASILY be reinterpreted as an Anti-Hero or Anti-Villain in a PC's hands. If you were to do that however, he should probably be treated as if he had:

Drawback: Mistrust

He's is still a wanted, multi-murderer, after all.  (Obviously, he would also be a great fit for the Suicide Squad, taking a role similar to Deadshot's on a given mission.)
