Ed's Notes: Attacking Earth's FIRE Elemental with the power of WIND? Wow. That seems stupidly suicidal! Lol. Well, anyway, pretty much a straight adaptation from 1st Edition. I was a little hesitant about that Costume of his... First Edition DOES give it a Skin Armor of 6.  But... They did this with Superman and the Phantom Zoners too and I ignored it. (They hardly NEED it.) In this case... IDK... He seems both like too much of a chump to warrant it, but really too weak without it? With it... He's not going to BEAT Firestorm, but he'll at least last a round or two. OTOH... That's a pretty powerful Costume for such a low-rent villain. I had considered the far more clandestine Body: 6. (Which would effectively offer him little ot no additional protection at all.) Maybe he starts out that way, and then upgrades? I'm not sure, but at least this way he's not completely useless.
