Ed's Notes: Personal admission time: I'm not good at creating the kinds of adventure where character like this (shapeshifters) really get to shine - especially when there's a GROUP being run. GROUPS you want to keep together. Intrigue-based stories tend to required each person being separated, each doing their own part in the bigger plan. That's hard to do. Plus, and it's a flaw of mine, my scenarios tend to be more action & combat based. And sure, Cham can kick ass through Shape Change, but that's kind of the least interesting aspect of the character. If I ran a group campaign, where everyone had a part in the plan and the Shapeshifter felt really satisfied at the end? Then I'd know that I really did well.

First Appearance: Action Comics #267 (August, 1960)
