Ed's Notes: Well, since the World at War Sourcebook mentions him as Alan Scott's/Green Lantern's "Buddy," but doesn't stat him out, I went looking around and found the above entry over on Writeups.org.  I do feel like this entry over-powers him, but if he IS going to be Green Lantern's side-kick, which he kinda was, maybe this IS about right.

I don't plan to use a lot of their material. And certainly not so directly as this. In many case they go WAY overboard on the details, getting ridiculously specific as to how the various character's powers work. And part of the Superhero's shtick is that they're constantly finding new ways to use their powers to deal with challenges. So I prefer the more generalized approach that Mayfair took, leaving thing open and giving the PC's the benefit of any doubt. They are a great resource all teh same though, even if they do have a lot of rather stupid entries as well. Plus they are kind of a rival website to this one, so... yeah. I'll use them sparingly as a source. But this entry was pretty darned clean. Nothing to adapt; dropped in nicely. So here you go!

Finally... On the "Flash" Power for the Taxi Cab... If a fight is taking place RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE HEADLIGHTS I suppose the power could be used normally, to blind the target. (Maybe in combination with some clever driving maneuvers?) Otherwise, assume it's the range that the lights illuminate.  (And yet... I really have NO IDEA how far away a signal flare with a Flash of 4 could be seen at night. GM's discretion, I guess. Lol.)
