Ed's Notes: This is such a weird entry... ORIGINALLY, pre-crisis, Dev-Em was a Kryptonian. Post-Crisis DC wanted to go back to Superman being the only Kryptonian. OK, fine. So he was re-made into a Daxamite. And he exists in both Current Times and in the 30th Century. Here's where it gets weird... He's weaker in the 30th Century. USUALLY distant future or distant past version are STRONGER. And I'm not sure which was is HIS future/past. (IOW: Was he sent BACK in time? IDK. Fill me in in the comments? Lol) BUt I guess he suffered a near-fatal lead exposure in the 20th, which is why he's weaker in the 30th. Fine... OK... but then... Why does he no longer have the Fatal and Loss Vulnerabilities to Lead that ALL Daxamites have? And even weakened (very slightly!) how is the Leghion of Superheroes supposed to stop a Kryptonian/Daxamite-level power without the Kryptonite/Lead Vulnerability to exploit?! Damn. That's going to be... difficult. Lol
